As an IT professional I have over twenty years of technical support, customer service, and sales experience with a focus on Apple Macintosh and iOS products. My extensive professional skillset including employee management, curriculum development and training. I am accustomed to delivering results with aggressive timelines and competing demands.
I have excellent written and verbal communication skills ranging from executive level speaking to writing detailed technical documentation. And, I am highly skilled in areas of technology, art, photography, social media, and communications.
My professional experience includes 12 years at Apple in its AppleCare support division providing: technical support; call center coaching; curriculum development; and advisor training. I provided technical support at Dominion Enterprises for it’s DX1 Powersports DMS. In addition, I was a technical writer and curriculum developer on contract with Depuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson) as well as Intel’s NSG group.
